When can i start having sex without a condom?

ok, so me and my boyfriend have been dating for quit some time now, we've had sex together. always using a condom, but ive also been taking the pill. its called lo/ovral, i started it Dec, 2, 09. and well we're wondering when it would be safe to have sex without a condom? we've both been tested, there are no diseases. i started the birth control on a random time. ive already had my period this month, so is that enough information? am i able to have sex with him without a condom, without getting pregnant?
