Should child sex offenders be allowed to have children?
If so, then how do we protect the children from their parents?

I would have to say that any honest citizen would be able to make a complaint to their local children's aid society. I mean, they are there to protect children. While some of their decisions are sometimes questionable, I would think that a child sex offender having access to his own children would be a legitimate child protection issue.
My main cause for concern would be what do we do about someone that was found "Not Guilty" of abusing a child but for whatever reason got off on a technicality?
